I can’t resist drawing Dalmatians … even when they’re not in the original picture. These are all Club members’ pets in the painting but I must admit I made up most of the pets in the sketches… all except the little black dog in the front - he’s my very own dear departed Stanley Philpot. There’s so many drawings in the title line, it’s a unique original piece in its own right.
