There’s so much going on in the world that is scary and volatile. My antidote (in as far as anyone can provide one) is to try raise spirits and bring a little warmth. I’m imagining Mr Mustard riding into your town with his sunflowers and songs, knocking on your door and delivering a bunch of flowers and a handful of Tunnocks.
